We accept different payment methods:
- a cash payment (temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 Health considerations );
- a bank cheque (drawn in favor of Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd)
- Bank Transfer
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by Credit/debit card
- Payment by ZipPay/Zip money
If you pay by cheque, bank transfer, paypal, zippay/zip money, then the funds must be cleared into our bank account before you pick up the product from us, or before we ship the product, or before we start installation service for you as agreed between you and Pioneer Tech Pty Ltd (Trading as Kylin Campers).
That is to say, full payment must be cleared into our account before pickup, or delivery, or installation.
We accept credit card/debit card payment both online and over phone.
For website purchases: Online credit card payment services when checkout is powered by Stripe/WooCommerce.
We do not store your credit card information. Stripe forces HTTPs for all services using TLS (SSL) for secure connection.
All card numbers are encrypted with AES-256.
This means you can use online credit /debit card payment to checkout securely on our website.
For phone ordering: Credit card payment is done by our eftpos machine in store, no credit card information will be stored by us.
Refund & Return:
1. Please choose carefully. We do offer you a refund or return if you changed your mind, but conditions apply.
2. Cancellation of orders for product/s made to the buyer’s specifications, or for non-stocklist items, or for customised items, will definitely not be accepted once an order has been placed, deposit has been made, production has commenced. No cancellation, no refund for customised items.
3. Please note that due to our shop Point of Sale System being independent of our website, from time to time it may occur that a product ordered on our web page is out of stock due to being sold in-store just prior. Although rare, if this does happen we will contact you and offer you the choice to either place the item on back order and ship when it arrives, or refund you.
4. Pre-order deposit refund: 30 days money back guarantee. The pre-order deposit is refundable within 30 days after the deposit has been made. No refund can be given after 30 days. For example, if you changed your mind after 2 weeks of your deposit, you can ask us for a refund. If you changed your mind after 31 days of the deposit, no refund will be given.
5. Kylin Campers accepts returns or refunds for change of mind circumstances for both online and in-store purchases (this does not apply to customised items). Please note that we only offer refund and return for change of mind circumstances in 30 days of your purchase.
All refund will be processed with the customer’s original payment method (if applicable)
If your original payment was PayPal, the change of mind refund through PayPal will incur a PayPal transaction fee (2.6% + $0.3 of the total transaction amount) (Charged by PayPal for each transaction.) (Only applies when the original payment method was PayPal)
If your original payment was Online Credit/debit card payment, the change of mind refund through credit card will incur a credit card transaction fee (1.75% + $0.3 of the total transaction amount) (Charged by Stripe for each transaction.) (Only applies when the original payment method was credit/debit card)
No transaction fees will apply for payment through bank transfer, ZipPay/Zip Money, phone credit card payment, eftpos payment or cash/cheque payment.
If a return is required, our customer service team will contact you to arrange collection of your item. You can also return the products in person or by post. Returns must occur within 30 days of purchase.
Kylin Campers will not accept any return without prior consent.
Customer is required to pay return freight.
Any freight costs in the initial purchase will not be refunded.
Customers are required to package the item adequately in order to avoid any damage during transit, any damage occurred during transport is not the responsibility of Kylin Campers.
Kylin Campers is not liable for any items lost during transport.
A refund (not including freight cost) will only be given if the item returned is unused, brand new.
All returns and change of mind refunds are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
