Unique Tray Frame Design:

A combination of marine grade alloy, aluminium SHS and aluminium extrusions as structural frame.

Full length aluminium extrusion from front to back, aerospace grade aluminium alloy, heavy duty and versatile.

Also Aluminium 3mm 6000 series alloy SHS & RHS running from left to right as structural frame.

The extrusions provide provisions for installing under tray accessories including water tank, trundle drawer, rope rail, mudguards and side toolboxes.

The extrusions provide strength for installed accessories and also structural strength for the whole tray.

Your under tray accessories are only bolted to those extrusions, unlike some other companies that only use alloy plates or tubes for the accessories.

This canopy base is designed to pair with our 1800L dual cab canopy or anything smaller.

For our optional accessories under the tray, please check the dimensions of the accessories carefully to make sure that they will fit with your UTE truck and meet with your specific need.

If you or your fitters need to modify our standard accessories in order to fit with your specific UTE truck properly, you need to pay for the fittings/installations, and you need to pay for the modification costs by yourself too.

For example: Cutting is required to fit in your undertray accessories or mudguards if necessary.  Mudguard locations will have pre-drilled holes but cutting on the mudguards is required to fit properly. Installation fitting kits will be provided when you choose the options. We recommend using a local fabricator/fitter for installation in your region.

Bolts & Nuts may loosen after the first few kilometers of use and must be checked and re-tightened if necessary, check bolts & nuts regularly to avoid any trouble.

Freight & Insurance:

We ensure that your items are packaged correctly, we will not be liable for any damage in transit unless transit insurance has been purchased by yourself. You need to arrange your own transport/freight and transit insurance at your own costs.
